Welcome to my blog! My name is Serena and I'm from Italy, but I have been living in Dublin for about three years and a half. My life abroad started as an Erasmus student in Cork, then back to Italy, then Scotland and then Ireland again. I love Dublin a lot (yes, even with the rain) and I always enjoy discovering new spots in the city. I think that "home" is not just one physical place, but mostly something that we bring in our hearts.

One of my biggest passions ever is travelling, discovering new places, cultures and food. And take a lot of pictures of everything while doing so. Therefore, I would like to use this space to share my travel experiences, expat life moment, writings and pictures.

In addition, I am a big lover of words. The name of this blog was inspired by my name. Serena comes from the Latin Serenus, which refers to a clear sky with no clouds.
